Aud- OOTD | The Japanese School Girl

After my first try on OOTD shot, I sorta get addicted because it's fun doing it with my dears (although writing is a different story)! This time, I wanted to try a Japanese School Girl look. I do not have the chance to wear their high school uniform, so I thought of creating something similar.

This series of photo was taken at JWC Factory 30. It was a crowded day but we ignore all weird stares and just do what we like. You need courage to do OOTD shots like that. Thanks to my lovely photographer Carinn for such lovely photos!

In order to bring out the Japanese School Girl look, a pleated skater skirt is a must. It can be plain or with plaids design. I choose plaid ones so that it won't look too boring together with my plain color top.

I pair it with a Chanel Inspired Clutch to add a touch of feminine element. Bought this from Taiwan years ago. Honestly when I bought it, I don't even know what Chanel is, until one day some one asked if it's Chanel. Haha!

The hat wasn't mine. It's Eunice. I borrowed because it seems to match my outfit too!

Because my top was a turtle neck blouse, and turtle neck doesn't do me justice because  I have a bigger upper part. It will be nicer if I pair it with a statement necklace because a statement necklace can draws away the attention.

To complete my outfit, I pair it with a Thick Platform Tassle shoe I got from Happy2u and a lacey ankle socks. I really love the shoe! It's so versatile and it adds on the Japanese feel to my look.
