I have sensitive skin due to my eczema, allergies to egg and yeast. This is a life time war, hence I've not stop looking for products that will help in any ways. When I received the invitation to try Marina Elements that was said to be very good for dry/ sensitive skin, and of course for eczema! I was actually very delighted and really look forward to receive the parcel!
Marine Elements is a range of non-steroidal, paraben-free skin care products with active ingredient ZonaseX to help improve the appearance of dry, itchy, irritating and inflamed skin conditions, such as eczema and dermatitis, by new exfoliation and skin regeneration technology.
What makes Marine Elements different from all the others is its natural proteins derived from the hatching fluid of salmon eggs that has been extensively research. Zonase X is the latest innovation, scientifically proven to help improve skin conditions, including regenerating fresh skin cells and strengthening the skin’s natural barrier, therefore reducing the recurrence of eczema and dry skin conditions.

· Hypoallergenic
· Protecting and Rejuvenating
· Dermatologically Tested
Marine Elements products are hypoallergenic and suitable for people of all ages, including babies, children and people with sensitive skins. Wow! It sounds damn good! Can't wait to try and see how it works on me!
Coincidentally, I was having an outbreak on my wrist and my tights, if not I really have no idea how to take photo of my back to be shown in this post. This is the "before" photo of the outbreak I have on my wrist.
Marine Elements Body Wash.
It is semi-translucent
It does not has much bubbles due to it's soap-free formula, but rest assure it does it's job in cleansing your body. Oh, I have to say I love the smell! I have no idea how to describe the scent, but it is very soothing and calming.
After the first use. It doesn't irritates my skin like some body wash did (some body wash will cause prickling sensation). In fact I think it does calms my allergy. I don't really scratch them after the use.
After cleansing, I immediately apply body lotion. Do you know that if you apply lotion when your body is not fully dried up will help locking the water into your skin and hence moisturised your skin better?
Body Lotion adds a protective barrier on your skin, whilst anti-oxidants prevent skin damage from free radicals. It is formulated to improve the appearance of dry skin, and helps your skin look younger and firmer with regular use.
The texture is more or less like normal body lotion, but it doesn't feels heavy and I like the scents of it. It is very light and mild, a bit like coconut candy.
After the first application.
This is how my wrist looks like after 2 weeks of using. I decided to skip 3 days, 1 week comparison is because I have slow recovery. It took me longer to see the effect but that is because of my body, you may have different or faster effect.

Comparison between before and after 3 weeks
Besides body wash and body lotion, they also have hand cream and lip balm! After the pleasant experience with their body wash and lotion, I feel like trying their lip balm as I always have lip allergy problem. Oh, if you have more serious eczema problem, maybe you should try their Intensive cream which is specially made to address flare ups. It provides deep moisturization for extra dry and problem skin. It will helps to strengthen your skin's natural barrier over a period of time.
