Google +1 button missing

As the title said, i wonder why my google +1 button is missing from the social sharing?

been trying hard to figure it out, but it doesnt work!! so lame~~~~ 囧

Anyone knows how to fix it? Guide me through please? Thanks in advance~! ^_^
